As the sole parent of two school-aged children, Florence had spent the prior seven years in paid employment but was forced to leave her job after her elderly mother became unwell and needed a carer. Any hopes of receiving the practical “pre-employment” support ParentsNext claims to offer its recipients were quickly dashed…
